Clinical Supervision
In April 2026 I am due to complete a Level 6, post-graduate diploma in Integrative Supervision of Individuals and Groups.
This training was delivered by The Grove, a highly respected training organisation, and covered, the relational and developmental aspects of supervision, ethical dilemmas, as well as peer supervision and group supervision (using a Gestalt model).
It also incorporated the seven eyed model, supervision through a transactional analysis lens, as well as supervision from a CBT perspective, a psychoanalytic perpective and an existential perspective. Intersectionality was also covered.
Training was delivered by experts in their field such as Professor Ernesto Spinelli, Michael Worrell, Dr Roberta Babb and of course the excellent team at The Grove.
I have already had clinical experience of supervision and gained experience of supervising those working with young people.
My primary task as your supervisor will be to build a relationship with you: to contract carefully and to do whatever I can to support a relationship of depth which will move you towards growth in your work.
I want to encourage you in your learning - about yourself and within your role.
I am happy for you to bring personal information such as it relates to your client work. I will consider ethical issues with you, and we will evaluate our progress together along the way.
I am an experienced integrative therapist (qualifying in 2008). I am also an accredited restorative practice facilitator, working with conflict in relationships. I will be working as a clinical supervisor for counsellors, but also for other professionals in any field who would welcome the opportunity to explore the impact of their work on them.
Fees are currently set at £50 per hour. I can work online or face to face in person.
I am based in Norfolk.
