Counselling

Counselling sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at the rate of £50 per session.

An initial session will assess your needs and act as an introductory session with a view to establishing a good working relationship. Once agreement has been reached to schedule further sessions these can continue for as long as is necessary.

Reviews will take place periodically in order to ensure you are benefitting from the sessions.

Clinical Supervision

Supervision sessions last 1-1.30 hours and are charged at the rate of £40 per hour (available from September 2025 until April 2026 after which the rate changes to £50 per hour).

Clinical Supervision for trainee counsellors

Supervision sessions last 1-1.30 hours and are charged at the rate of £40 per hour (available from September 2025 until April 2026 after which the rate changes to £50 per hour).
